Two Regional Chamber member businesses are hosting ribbon cuttings. BEADS and Creative Financial Centre will celebrate new office openings on October 9 and October 11, respectively.
BEADS
BEADS will celebrate the grand opening of a new store on Tuesday, October 9 at 10:00 a.m. during a ribbon cutting at 4257 S. Saginaw Street in Flint. The store, which is the brainchild of Sharon Adams and Pam Donlan, features jewelry and beading supplies, as well as beading classes.
According to Adams, former owner of It’s a Wrap, she teamed with Pam to create a new store that offers unique opportunities for bead and jewelry lovers in Genesee County.
“This store is the culmination of dreams both Pam and I had of opening a beading store in the region,” said Adams. “BEADS offers unique low-cost beading classes along with all of the supplies needed to create beautiful jewelry. We also offer birthday and bridal parties so that everyone can learn to make special pieces as part of the celebration.”
Creative Financial Centre
Creative Financial is opening a new office in the Gateway Centre with an event on October 11 at 10:30 a.m. at 5405 Gateway Centre Drive, Suite A. The event celebrates the move to expanded office space.
Deborah Koval, Financial Adviser for Creative Financial says the new location allows the organization to broaden collaboration while continuing to offer budget planning, financial planning, investment services and retirement planning for clients.
“Bonnie Smith and I are happy to continue offering financial services to our clients from this new location,” said Koval. “We look forward to broadening our client base, as well as supporting our community on a larger scale.”
