Training days are here again at the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce, where we believe that a well-trained and motivated workforce is vital to the growth of our community and the health of your businesses and organizations.
With the addition of the Chamber’s new Business Training Manager Brianna Mosier, the program has been tweaked to incorporate greater flexibility in the offerings and encourage more input from the members regarding their wants and needs.
The most visible change is the training catalog. There will now be two editions for 2019 – winter/spring and summer/fall – instead of one catalog for the entire year. The winter/spring offerings are complete and may be accessed online at flintandgenesee.org/training. The summer/fall edition will be released later this year.
Between now and then, members are welcomed to submit ideas for future courses to Mosier at or at the monthly Chamber Luncheons, where she will have a table set up.
“We want to make sure the content continues to be meaningful and relevant to our attendees,” said Mosier, who joined the Chamber in December.
