Fox, a Flint native, is Vice President of Operations, North America, at Lear Corp., a Southfield, Michigan-based global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-Systems. He joined the company in 1996 and has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing.

“We are excited to have Leonard Fox as our keynote speaker for the inaugural Immerse Summit,” said Karena Hamlet, business services director for the Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance, a division of the Flint & Genesee Group. “His deep ties to Flint, combined with his impressive career at Lear, will bring invaluable insights to the small business community here in Genesee County.”

The Immerse Summit – sponsored by the Flint CRA Bankers Forum and The State Bank – aims to provide entrepreneurs and small businesses with the resources, tools, and connections they need to succeed.

In addition to Fox’s keynote presentation, the day will feature the Immerse Awards presentation, breakout sessions led by local subject matter experts, and networking opportunities aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation.

Hamlet also hinted at additional announcements related to new funding opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Flint & Genesee.

“If you want to be first to know about new resources around access to capital, this is an event you can’t afford to miss,” Hamlet said.
