The Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce and the eTEAM named the 2013 Genesee Rising Star and Spark Award recipients during the sixth annual Jumpstart Entrepreneur Conference. Nearly 100 aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners participated in the conference at the Holiday Inn Gateway Centre to learn ways to start and grow a business.
