Flint Sprint is a great illustration of the kind of public-private partnership that needs to occur to keep Flint moving forward. It’s also another way to show the power of collaboration while having a positive impact on the community.

From an idea born at the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Summit last summer, organizers recognized an opportunity to act to help our community recover from the Flint water emergency. Along the way, Deloitte LLP has lent its expertise in program management to this important cause.

“Flint Sprint is the spark that has helped to illuminate the path forward for Flint & Genesee,” said Chamber Group Vice President George Wilkinson.

A Flint Sprint closing ceremony will be held Dec. 15 at the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan to celebrate project achievements and officially conclude the program.
