Teams from the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce are fanning out across the area this summer making house calls on members, as part of Chamber on the GO. The initiative is designed to check-in on members to ensure that they leveraging the full advantages of Chamber membership.
Several teams, incorporating Chamber staff and Ambassadors, will make visits during normal business hours in July and August.
“Our goal is to simply pop in and see how things are going,” said Heather Kale, Director of Member Services. “We’ll also drop off informational materials about their membership, and ask if they’re in need of any help with specific problems or opportunities.
“Customer service and engagement is a very important aspect of our work here at the Flint & Genesee Chamber. It allows us to stay on top of the issues that are most important to our membership.”
Chamber on the GO visits will be conducted on July 13 and August 10 from 1-5 p.m. Additional days will be planned as well.
Members are always welcomed to contact the Member Services team for questions regarding programs, events, committees or other needs.
