Churchill’s Food & Spirits is Flint’s only whiskey bar. But, drinks aren’t the only thing Churchill’s is known for. About a year ago, Chef Tyler Hardisty became the Executive Chef at Churchill’s. Chef Hardisty was trained at Schoolcraft’s Culinary Arts School and certified as an executive chef by the American Culinary Federation. When Chef Hardisty came on board, he revamped the menu making it fresh, casual and creative. This fall, he will be changing the menu again to add more seasonal items such as a Roasted Beets Salad and Braised Short Ribs.
Below, find out where Chef Hardisty likes to eat in Flint & Genesee – besides Churchills, of course.
