The Durant
The Durant Hotel was built in 1920 and quickly became a landmark in the city of Flint. The historic hotel now has 93 lofts and hosts events in the ballroom and lobby. The Pine Tree Barn
In Flushing, the Pine Tree Barn is a 4,000-square-foot timber frame barn that sits on 20 acres of land covered in pine, birch, oak and maple trees and is perfect for outdoor lovers. The space is climate controlled and hosts up to 200 people.
The University of Michigan-Flint
Three locations at the University of Michigan-Flint can be rented for ceremonies and receptions. The Northbank Center Grand Ballroom offers a unique venue. The newly restored neoclassical Greek ballroom requires little decoration and can accommodate 270 guests. The Riverfront Banquet center offers a large space for weddings. Finally, the Harding Mott University Center offers its Michigan Rooms for receptions that can accommodate up to 240 people.
